Weather & Refund Policy For Ticketholders:

Garden Tea Party is a special fundraiser benefiting the Lake City Junior Sorosis Club, with all ticket proceeds supporting the organization's community initiatives.

This event will be held rain or shine under a covered tent. Light rain is not expected to affect the experience, and guests should plan to attend as scheduled.

Due to the limited number of tickets available, the event's sold-out status, customized seating, and the significant resources invested in creating this unique experience, refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather alone.

The safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, or other hazardous conditions, we may cancel the event. If a cancellation is necessary, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Any decision to cancel will be made and communicated no later than 24 hours prior to the event.

Ticket Information & Important Details:

• Infant Tickets: Ages 0-2
• Children’s Tickets: ages 13 and under
• Adult Tickets: ages 14 and up
• If you wish to be seated with or near another party, you must list the names of those guests at checkout. Special seating requests are not guaranteed.
• Due to capacity limits, all attendees—including infants, children, and adults—must have a ticket.
